Donation to Annur Grand Mosque, in Perum Puri Sentosa, Cikarang Pusat

To share happiness on the Eid al-Adha 1446 H holiday, PT. APM Armada Autoparts participated in donating sacrificial animals to the Annur Grand Mosque in Perum Puri Sentosa – Cikarang Pusat. 

This activity is a manifestation of the company's gratitude for blessings and piety, as well as a form of social concern for others during Eid al-Adha.

Fraud Training

PT AAA consistently conducts training related to fraud prevention and handling as part of the company's commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Through these activities, management reaffirms its commitment to maintaining integrity and transparency in all business activities.

As a tangible manifestation of this commitment, management also signed an Integrity Pact, which symbolizes PT AAA's seriousness in building a work culture that is honest, responsible, and ethical.

 

 

 

 

Management and Employee Communication Forum (Forkom)

The communication forum (Forkom), held every six months, is an important means for the management of PT AAA to convey policy directions, company values, and strengthen a culture of integrity in the workplace. Through this activity, management can interact directly with employees, listen to feedback, and strengthen a sense of togetherness in the work environment. Forkom is also part of the implementation of governance culture, where open communication and active participation of all employees are the main foundations for creating good governance.

 

 

 

Morning Briefing

Morning briefings are held regularly at the beginning of each month as an effort to build effective communication between leaders and work teams. In these sessions, management conveys directions, evaluations, and reminders of the values of integrity and professionalism in carrying out daily work.

In addition to serving as a forum for coordination, morning briefings are also part of shaping a work culture that is disciplined, positive, and in line with the spirit of Good Corporate Governance.
