Manager HRGA
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Manager HRGA or 3 years as Assistant Manager HRGA, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Solid understanding of Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and core HR functions (Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Development).
Familiar with the use of Payroll Systems (HRIS).
Comprehensive understanding of General Affairs (GA), company asset management, and legal/permitting documentation (e.g., NIB, AMDAL, IMB, and employment contracts).
Knowledgeable in implementing and auditing IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and HSE/K3 (SMK3) programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and proactive communication skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
SALES ENGINEERING STAFF
Qualifications :
BBachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufakturing Engineering, or a related technical field
1-2 years of experience in Sales Engineering in the automotive or manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong analytical skills to review technical proposals, price quotes, and product presentations for clients
Established network with customers or principals in the automotive industry (ATPM, Tier 1, or Tier 2) is a strong advantage
Willing to conduct customer visits and business travel as require
Familiarity with quality management systems IATF 16949
MARKETING STAFF
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (S1/D3), preferably in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of working experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Familiar with or having basic knowledge of product costing calculations (cost breakdown, production cost estimation, etc.).
Strong communication skills; able to communicate actively, clearly, and confidently.
Goal-oriented and possess good analytical abilities.
Good presentation and basic negotiation skills are an advantage.
